These Terms govern use of Creator Revenue Radar, licensed Windows desktop software for local monitoring and analysis of supported creator revenue-notification emails.

1. License and permitted use

Subject to the applicable purchase or license terms, users may install and use Creator Revenue Radar for lawful creator-business monitoring and analytics. Users are responsible for connecting only accounts they own or are authorized to access.

2. Google account access

The software requests Gmail read-only authorization through Google OAuth. Creator Revenue Radar does not require permission to send, modify, delete, move or label Gmail messages. Users may revoke Google authorization at any time.

3. Third-party services

Creator Revenue Radar may process notification emails generated by third-party platforms. Those platforms are independent services governed by their own terms and policies. Creator Revenue Radar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Gmail, Patreon, or other supported services.

4. Local data and backups

Application settings, OAuth tokens and derived event data are stored locally on the user's computer. Users are responsible for maintaining suitable device security and backups.

5. Accuracy and availability

Email formats and third-party platforms can change. Although the software is designed to identify supported notification formats accurately, uninterrupted detection or compatibility with every message format is not guaranteed.

6. Prohibited use

Users may not use the software to access accounts without authorization, violate applicable law, interfere with third-party services, or redistribute the software except as expressly allowed by the applicable license.

7. Updates

The software, supported notification formats and these Terms may be updated over time. Continued use of a later version is subject to the terms distributed or published for that version.
